I believe CIS 2336 was the enjoyable class I took this spring semester, and I am happy that Professor Crowley was here to teach in the course I took because I was comfortable to learn lessons from him. Throughout the course, I was introduced to HTML&CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
Moving on to the rest of the four modules, the assginments were pretty challenging me by forcing me to learn the basic of all pragramming lanagues in order to be able to code correctly. Each given assignment from HTML&CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript modules shaped the process of my understanding for each new lesson. One of my favorite tutorials were the ones Codecademy offers. Their tutorials were free and available for all users to access at no cost. They were comprehendible for anyone who is willing to learn or has a passion for computers and beyond. Each lesson within the Codecademy is covered comprehensively which turned out to be a great key in my learning. Codecademy allowed not only I get to practice what was taught within the lessons but I also got the opportunity to test myself and that made learning better.
If my class had been given more time to focus on specific programming language throughout the course, I would prefer to go back to MySQL to have more practicing time, so I could understand better. As we reach the conclusion of the course, I can say this has been my favorite CIS course.
